Monday 5.45pm at Split Spaces
A fluid and active practice of yoga asana curated in a functional and easy to follow sequence perfect for tired brains at the end of the day. Followed by a cooling breath technique, concentration and relaxation.
Wednesday 7.15am at 28 Penn Street
Great for those starting out, working with injuries or dedicating time to refine. Grasp key movement principles, breath & concentration techniques in preparation for safe & enjoyable practise at home or in other classes.
Saturday 7am at Split Spaces
A simple arrangement of breath-centred yoga asana accessible to all. Followed by guided meditation incorporating body and breath awareness techniques. Cultivating a heart-felt resolve for yourself to begin your weekend on the right foot.
Saturday 8.15am at Split Spaces
A lively yoga asana practice designed to invigorate and develop a strong focus. A refreshing combination of priming and stabilising movements builds at a moderate pace towards some fun challenges. Variations are offered throughout and most importantly, there is meditation and relaxation.
